Refund / Return Policy

1. if there is no problem with the products, but customer wants a refund, in this case, customer need send back products on his/her own cost to our European warehouse or China warehouse, 

2. if there is any problem related to products, buyer and seller will negotiate, whether to refund or replacement with new product.

3. Customer find any quality problems, he/she need provide pictures/videos to seller within 7 working days after receiving the package. seller will reply within 7 working days.
